To my surprise, my service advisor was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. I had mentioned in passing how nervous I was about getting a loaner car, especially sinc attentive and went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. I had mentioned in passing how nervous I was about getting a loaner car, especially since my infant’s car seat is a bit of a hassle to install. Honestly, it was just a light-hearted comment, but he took it to heart. The next morning, I received a thoughtful text letting me know that he’d spoken with the mechanic, and they had made arrangements to have my truck ready within 2 hours—taking away any concerns I had about my car seat. I was so touched by his consideration and attentiveness. When I arrived to pick up my truck, I was blown away—not only was it washed on the outside, but the interior was noticeably detailed. I truly appreciate the extra care that was taken, and I am beyond grateful for the wonderful service. More
