Did not like the sales manager at all. His manner is abrasive and when I questioned the sales price, unfortunately the day after making the purchase, because of an online posting - on the His manner is abrasive and when I questioned the sales price, unfortunately the day after making the purchase, because of an online posting - on the same car (VIN matched) - he could not give me an answer as to why I didn’t get the $5000 dealer discount shown in the post. He kept trying to tell me it was because I’m not a veteran or first-responder which has nothing to do with the discount referenced. Then he tried to tell me it was because I got the Pro Plan package at no charge. He also said this package is on every vehicle sold at that lot, so this should be included in the original price of the vehicle. I finally got frustrated and told him I didn’t want to talk to him anymore. He then sent the general mgr out to try to make sure I left a good review. Bottom line, if it says online that you’re going to sell a car at a certain price, then that’s what the price should be. The sales manager trying to talk all around it and not being straight with me just confirmed to me that this dealership uses deceptive practices. This was my 2nd vehicle bought here. I bought the first when it was Westpoint. I will not be returning and will not recommend this dealership to anyone. I looked online to get the name of the sales manager, but I don’t see a pic. It was definitely not Charlie Bui. It could have been Eric Rosenman, but I can’t tell w/o a pic. Salesman was Eddy Aguallo. More
