I was planning on taking an Uber but they offered to pick me up at the airport. I already told them that within a year my wife was wanting a Yukon Denali and planned on buying it there. I still have many friends stationed there in Texas and already recommended this dealership based on my experience at the time. Problem is that when I noticed the PUK covers for bed were missing and was assured they would be sent to me. Spoke with Nelson and he stated they have been sent and he was going to send them again. Didn’t happen. Spoke with Santana three occasions and he was suppose to call me back but didn’t happen. I had to try several times and when I connected he assured me they were sent. Twice! I told him I was not going to call again because obviously they were not going to send them. So you spend 80+k for a pickup and need to buy something that should have been installed. I wanted to give them multiple opportunities to fix this before the review because I really liked the dealership and was planning on going back. I do not like leaving negative feedback More
