Upon entering service area I was asked if I had appointment and I replied yes and gave my last name and time of appointment and was told that Mathew Williams would assist me and I proceed to his of appointment and I replied yes and gave my last name and time of appointment and was told that Mathew Williams would assist me and I proceed to his office and had a conversation of what was needed for my vehicle. He took the information and Said it should be complete in about 1 hour and 45 minutes. I saw I would be leaving it and would return after I had completed my errands. He kept me informed by Text and let me know when the service was complete. More

Best people and experience I have had when buying a vehicle. They all at the time went above and beyond my expectations. I was planning on taking an Uber but they offered to pick me up at the airport. I already told them that within a year my wife was wanting a Yukon Denali and planned on buying it there. I still have many friends stationed there in Texas and already recommended this dealership based on my experience at the time. Problem is that when I noticed the PUK covers for bed were missing and was assured they would be sent to me. Spoke with Nelson and he stated they have been sent and he was going to send them again. Didn’t happen. Spoke with Santana three occasions and he was suppose to call me back but didn’t happen. I had to try several times and when I connected he assured me they were sent. Twice! I told him I was not going to call again because obviously they were not going to send them. So you spend 80+k for a pickup and need to buy something that should have been installed. I wanted to give them multiple opportunities to fix this before the review because I really liked the dealership and was planning on going back. I do not like leaving negative feedback More
