Dealership snuck in ad on fees after I was specifically told they would waive those fees. I have documentation saying no fees would be added. None. So, curious how the $599 was added when I was told many times that fee would be waived. Would return the car if I could and go elsewhere. Ten days later, numerous phone calls and no resolution. Salesman is not responding to texts or phone calls. GM and other sales managers not responding to phone calls. Still don’t have certified paperwork or floor mats for the vehicle. Next step is to reach out to the owner. This dealership took what could have been a great review, and through lies, avoidance and trickery have earned one star. It would be lower if I could give less. Sad. Gives car dealers a bad name when they play games like this. More

We had a great experience. Eddy assisted us and was very patient with us. He asked questions and provided valuable information regarding our 'large' purchase. We visited with him three times before finalizing the purchase and Eddy always greeted us in a welcoming, friendly and helpful manner and stuck with us thru the hours long process to finalize our purchase. Eddy called and emailed us to keep us informed as we moved through making the final decision to purchase the vehicle. He was reassuring and never seemed frustrated when we asked to look at multiple vehicles and inquired/compared features of each. Eddy was informative and full of experience. Thank you, Eddy! In addition, Lanh in finance also took plenty of time answering all of our many questions and explained packages very well so we could determine which ones would work for us and be of benefit. Lanh was also very patient and that was much appreciated. Lanh also followed up immediately with a question I sent to him for some clarification. Thank you, Lanh! Finally, Angel came to the rescue with showing us all the ins and outs, features, etc. of the new vehicle. Our last new car purchase was a 2013 Avalanche, so technology has definitely leaped forward, and Angel was so on point in showing us all the features of the new purchase and where to find additional information. Angel took the time to ensure we loaded much needed apps, created our user information, connected us with OnStar, took us on a tour to explain how the service area worked and introduced us to the parts area which was very helpful and we made our first purchase during that walk thru. Thank you Angel! We also received follow up calls to confirm we were satisfied and to inquire if there were any additional questions that needed clarification or addressed. Thank you for a positive experience, again, with such a large investment. More

This is probably one of the only GMC dealerships that had rentals/loaners available. Holly made the process of dropping off and picking up my car super easy.
