I had a great experience with Josh! When I came in to test drive, he greeted me at the door and asked me how he could help and then we went from there. He did a great job answering all my questions and helping me pick the car that best fit my needs. I was not ready to buy that day because I was just doing my "homework" to narrow down the cars I liked and then take my husband back to purchase it. When I came back with my husband, Josh had our car waiting right by the door and we immediately got in to test drive it. Then he made the whole purchase process so easy. We were so satisfied with our experience and would recommend it to anyone! More

They add about $35K extra warranty on the original loane without my permission on the cost of the car . I would like a refund for all the warranty was added to my loane since the cars I bought are under m without my permission on the cost of the car . I would like a refund for all the warranty was added to my loane since the cars I bought are under manufacture warranty for the next 5 years . It was misleading and provided a wrong information.
