For example, one mandatory option is the nitrogen filled tires. I live in Fort Worth and there is no dealer anywhere near here that provides the service. The first day driving from Houston, I got a tire pressure alert. I had to fill with regular air and there is no way for me to do anything with nitrofill unless I drive 3.5 hours to Houston. What use is that? No good explanation was provided as to why these options are mandatory and I have no way of cancelling them. I have contacted the dealer and I have yet to receive a response on what I can do. If I had to choose again, I can't say that I would choose this dealership and I can't see that it would be at the top of my recommendation list. More

In December 2023 I took my GMC Acadia to have an oil change and tire rotation. For about a week afterwards we noticed that the change oil light was not going off. I checked the oil and it was clean, but change and tire rotation. For about a week afterwards we noticed that the change oil light was not going off. I checked the oil and it was clean, but I Took it back to the dealer just to be certain. They just didn’t reset the oil change. Fast forward now to March 2024. I went back to them for another oil change and tire rotation, and there was a recall on my SUV. I was informed they needed to keep it overnight. So we come back and get my SUV. After driving it for few days we noticed that the oil change light was still on. When it showed change now, I decided to check it. THERE WAS BARELY ANY OIL IN MY SUV.! They never changed the oil or tire. When I go back they claimed that they couldn’t tell and that they will check the oil filter. They still came back and still they couldn’t tell, but that they will take care it, and that they will WAVE the charge! Wave what? I’ve already paid for something they never did! And then they have the nerve to act as if they are helping me? Really? After checking my google reviews, I was reminded this was not my first complaint with the Service Department. I had complaints when it was still West Point Buick GMC. And with the Service Department. This place my have changed it’s name, but not there level of service. So please beware of the service people here. I will NEVER return to this dealership for service. More
