My experience at this dealership was far from pleasant. First, the online pricing I was quoted was not honored when I arrived in person. Additionally, the trade-in value I was offered was much lower than t First, the online pricing I was quoted was not honored when I arrived in person. Additionally, the trade-in value I was offered was much lower than the quote I received online. Beyond that, the process took far too long. On both occasions I visited, I was kept waiting for over five hours before making any progress. For some reason, everyone seems to want to work with Joshua, so he's always incredibly busy, further slowing down the process. If you're considering trading in your vehicle, be prepared for a bottom-line offer that doesn't reflect its true value. As this was my first time buying a GMC, I don’t think I’ll be returning to this dealership in the future. More
