Everything was great. From Ivan taking my info and truck back to the service department, to all the smiling people inside the dealership. The only peeve I have, is the 3% charge for using a credit card to pay for the service. You would think that a dealership with "Elite" in their name would be willing to eat the cost of their customers using a credit card to pay for services. Don't your accountants account for that in the overhead, or are the owners of the dealership that greedy that they can't forgo the credit card charge? More

everything went well with the exception of how the recall was handled i left my vehicle for an entire day was called to pick it up the next day everything was fine until i received a call after i had made it was handled i left my vehicle for an entire day was called to pick it up the next day everything was fine until i received a call after i had made it home telling me i needed to bring the vehicle back dueto 2 steps were not completed on my recall so i had to come back the next day and i waited for the work to to be completed this took time out my day and rescheduling things i had planned for the day more irratating than anything else but i understand things get looked over at times my overall experience with the dealership was excellent More
