Purchasing my new 2025 Hummer at Classic Elite Buick GMC was an amazing experience! This was my third (3) vehicle that I brought and used Jose to assist me in the buying journey. He is more than a salesman he is a friend of the family now. The GM Jorge is great along with Shannon, Charlene and the entire Classic Elite team. I wish them continue success and look forward to working with all of them in the future. Don't know who Shannon is or why I am being asked to rate her. Mark was a decent salesperson but has not responded to follow up emails post purchase. Michelle told me the car I inquired about online was available, so I drove to the dealership that day only to find out it wasn't available. Luckily, there was another car on the lot that met the specifications I was looking for. The buying process was way too long. I was there for over four hours and had to come back the next day to pick up the car I purchased. I was originally told it would be ready the day I was there and signed papers. Overall, not a great experience, and, I have received zero customer service or response to my emails since my purchase. At this point, I can't say I will be a return customer - nor would I recommend you to friends or family. More
