What I don't like about service at the dealer is that I have no contact with the person who is working on my car. If I have any questions, they need to be relayed through a 3rd party. I had several questions about my vehicle's performance that I was unable to ask. It was a very frustrating experience in that sense. All of the people at the dealership were very polite and nice. However, as far as I can recall, those are not people that I engaged with at the dealership when I just had my car serviced a couple of weeks ago.
