I was promised a starbucks giftcard on the flyer when I got my car serviced. I was then told they ran out and offered anything. I actually had to tell him that I wanted to test drive it first. Also dealer added options weren’t even installed when he told me the car was ready. However, water for a lounge area when you d not even know when you might leave is awful. My estimated time for completion said 7PM and I checked in at 11AM with appointment. Additionally, an estimated guess and update as the car is moving would make sense. If dominos pizza can track every pie they make from order to delivery the dealer should be able to let you know the status of the service. When I text and asked for an update, both times my questions went unanswered. Why do you use SMS if you're only going to update twice, once at check in and once its ready. More
