My husband and I were happy with our sales person except for when it came to the purchasing process. The salesmen clearly understood we did not want the added protection but added it in anyway. The staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable regarding my vehicle service. They partnered with UBER to shuttle me to and from home, free of cost. My tires were rotated on 04/26/24 and was not informed that there was a nail on the side wall of the tire that was placed in the right front passenger side. The tire went flat and was taken to a tire sho that there was a nail on the side wall of the tire that was placed in the right front passenger side. The tire went flat and was taken to a tire shop. The tire shop rep could not find the wheel lock and we were charged $40.00. The wheel lock was not placed back in the glove compartment. Can this cost be reimbursed? Thank you. More
