Brought my car for oil change but the tech did not know how to put back the skid plate and just left the bolt hanging and on top of that I notice my fluid was not top off. Service rep offer me a hardware how to put back the skid plate and just left the bolt hanging and on top of that I notice my fluid was not top off. Service rep offer me a hardware kit replacement and check all my fluids if I bring my car back. I brought the car and they replace and fix my skid plate issues but my fluid was still not top off. Not what I expect from a Toyota dealer service. More
Attendants customer service skill need to improve. Waited a considerable amount of time to talk to him when I picked up my car. He was on the phone, there was no acknowledgment once he got off the phone. He passed me off to another attendant and did not communicate this to me. Which I felt was rude since I was waiting patiently to talk to him. Prior to the service I explained that the last time I got a service I drove off and it displayed wind shield wiper fluid was low. The representative said don’t worry we will take care of this. When I picked up my car and was getting ready to drive off the car windshield wiper fluid low alert displayed. I went back and requested support. The second technician came out very politely said that many times the mechanics forget to check this area. He told me he would take care it. He came out with a small bottle windshield wiper fluid and poured into the designated area. I specifically told it doesn’t appear to be enough. He replied it was sufficient. Driving into the freeway the windshield wiper fluid displayed low. Sadly I was not given appropriate service. I would been happy to pay additional. Longo Toyota provides this in the service. Frustrating!!! Over all experience was poor. Hopefully the next service improves After 3 unsuccessful attempts you will loose me as a customer. More
