Dealership service department does not match competitors service specials. Service recommended a 4 wheel alignment after they completed an alignment 4 months/ 5K miles prior and vehicle performing with no a service specials. I came in without an appt for a newly purchased used car with engine light issue. Was assigned a technician right away. Length of wait time was about 2 1/2 hrs before I was told car was going to be there fo with engine light issue. Was assigned a technician right away.
