Very impersonal. The people are very nice, polite etc but it’s so busy and you have to wait to talk to people a long time. They do provide a courtesy vehicle which is a good thing. More

I was satisfied with service - didn't feel I was pressured to do non essential work. The appointment time wasn't honored off by 40 minutes. Total wait time was 3 hours.
