The recommended wheel alignment was not necessary. Wasted money. I could’ve spent the money on another service. Perhaps, it’s a coincidence. The car squeaks when turning right and over uneven road. I’ll have to try and bring the car back in as soon as possible. But a complete waste of money. The alignment assessment tool that customers drive over needs adjustments. In addition, I noticed a huge screw in the rear driver side tire upon picking up the car. So, either the mechanic failed to note the screw and or ignored after a wheel alignment. And tire rotation. Or it was a result of a driver driving over a screw unintentionally. So, I had to drive the car to Americas tire for a patch. Very annoying. Worst part of the day. More

I took my truck in to get an oil change and a tire rotation. I told them that is what I wanted done for my truck because it has been at least 10,000 miles since being serviced. When they gave me the truck back I went home and thought that I should check the invoice to see if they actually did the work requested. They did not!!!! They did not do an oil change or a tire rotation. So they basically just did nothing and gave it back to me. I had to take another day out of my life to get my vehicle serviced with them. The second time they tried to service it, they did the oil change but not a tire rotation and did not put the valve caps back on my tires. Absolutely terrible experience! More
