He advised i needed a new air filter, but since I had the part at home I declined. The price was very reasonable though. Upon checking it the next day at home, I found it dirty. I replaced it myself, and it was nice to know they actually checked it during the inspection. I will go back for service in the future. More

Jason was the man who helped up, he was very knowledgeable of the cars and helpful with explaining to us. I would recommend him to my friends who go to this dealership. More
Excellent and ease Service manager Jessica was pretty good and made it simple and ease to work with. I have done service on both of my cars, Camry and Prius. Danny Serrato is not a good representative of Toyota I have been going to Toyota since I brought my Camry 2011. Service has been acceptable 90% of the time. However, it appears that a "rotten egg" can al I have been going to Toyota since I brought my Camry 2011. Service has been acceptable 90% of the time. However, it appears that a "rotten egg" can always be in the mix. I took my car in because the tire pressure light came on in august and again last week. First time they did nothing but told me I needed new tires. I knew that was not the case. They turned the light off, well it came on again last Monday, because they did nothing but turn it off last time I drove over 80 miles to work everyday M thur Th and took the car in on Friday. Danny's big effort on my behalf was to try to prove to me that he was the expert(AFTER ALL HE HAD 35 YEARS IN THE BUSINESS) and I was a fool. He said that the tire tread had nothing to do with the air pressure light. I told him last time I was in that their solution was to buy new tires. He said their was no connection between low tread and buying new tires. He kept telling me that the tire pressure light comes on and off all the time. I said why in the first 87,000 miles that did not happen, he said simply that it did. He asked me if I knew what the gauge looked like. Well that was why I was in the service dept. I explained to him that it was red and looked like and (!) and he told me that it was not red, that it was amber. I could not believe anyone could be so petty. I was very upset at the way he was talking to me, so I said stop write it up and lets see if we can see why the air pressure light is staying on. He got back to me, and told me I needed to replace my tires all of them for $850, yet previously he told me the air pressure gauge was not related to the thread on the tires. However now he wanted to sale be new very expensive tires, but had no solution for the tire air pressure gunge staying light. I knew at this point that he was a very arrogant and nasty person was trying to cheat me and was being very devious. I went to a couple of folks at Toyota who were in management who agreed with me that he was inappropriate. Also I went to Costco and asked their advice, they asked the age of the car and said the air pressure gauge battery was probably getting low in one of the tires and needed to be checked. sure enough the tire with the low air pressure had a low battery. The service worker even showed me a diagram and explained in detail. What an enlightment, someone could tell me why my air pressure light was coming on and staying on. They said my tires were not in exceptional need of changing, that I could probably get another 10,000 miles safety out of the back, but the front should be changed in 5,000 miles, but when I asked for the top of the line tires ,their quote was $250 less than Toyota. It was the same brand that Toyota was offering. Again, what a mess. I brought the new tires because I have lots of obligations and could not be coming back and forth. I have liked a lot about Toyota in Claremont, yes I would go back, but I would not get anywhere near this Dan Serrato. He is not a nice person. He just wants to proof that he is right, now solve the questions problems or answer the questions appropriate. Honestly I think that man should be written-up and sent to customer service training. Love my camry and Peter the sales person who sold it to me. So, yes I would still go back. More
Extremely poor service and people are so rude and snobby. This was our second time getting our car serviced and both times we made an appointment. Don't bother making an appointment because they will see you This was our second time getting our car serviced and both times we made an appointment. Don't bother making an appointment because they will see you when they see you. The first time we had a 7:30am appointment and until my husband asked them what was going on and by that time it was past 10:00am. My husband left and applied the bumper guard himself. This morning we have an appointment at 8:00am and once again it is past 9:00am and still no one has called him in. Both appointments he was there thirty minutes early. My husband has asked someone and stated that we have an appointment and they said we did not have an appointment. I quickly went on my email took a picture of the confirmation and he showed it to them and it was like oh well it doesn't show here. That's ridiculous and so unprofessional. My family and I are strictly a Toyota Family BUT, we will NEVER buy a vehicle from the Claremont Toyota dealership. If you want unprofessional, rude, snobby, entitled personality, and can give a xxxx about their customers, please visit them other wise please go to the West Covina Toyota. I've purchased another vehicle from them and no hassle and very professional, its all about the customer. Their service, WOW Amazing, you make an appointment to have your vehicle serviced and they take you in within 10 minutes. They are kind, friendly, professional, respectful of you and your time, and just the overall customer service is outstanding. My husband and I will also be writing the main corporate office and CEO of Toyota. There needs to be some regional manager or supervisor to go undercover to shop them and see and hear for themselves. 3 hours for an oil change???? Don't call me and tell me the car will be ready in 15 minutes then have me wait another 2 hours. They also said I had a nail in a tire that couldn't be patched. I definitely w the car will be ready in 15 minutes then have me wait another 2 hours. They also said I had a nail in a tire that couldn't be patched. I definitely will not be coming back to get a new tire. They put the spare on but the tire light is still on. It's a full size spare so I'm assuming it should be off. Of course no one was there to explain that to me. I would most definitely recommend going somewhere else even if it's farther away. I know I will next time. More
I bought a certified used car from these people. They gave me FREE OIL CHANGES FOR LIFE!!!! Awesome, right? I'm gonna break it down real fast for you. 1. If you stay and wait for your oil change (even i gave me FREE OIL CHANGES FOR LIFE!!!! Awesome, right? I'm gonna break it down real fast for you. 1. If you stay and wait for your oil change (even if you make an appointment) it will take you 3 1/2 hours to get out of there. They will never come find you and tell you they are sorry it is taking so long. They will leave you and hide themselves so that you cannot find them and you're left there completely helpless until the Gods decide to buzz your pager and let you out of that hell hole. 2. If you drop your car off and take the shuttle home and tell them you need to be picked up at 2:00, they will not show up on time. When you call to ask them why, they will tell you they make no guarantees about pick up times and then they will show up at least an hour late. They want you to fold on your FREE OIL CHANGES FOR LIFE deal. They want to make you so insane that you never visit their service dept. again. I would rather shoot myself than walk in there again...but I will walk in there every 3 months until my car dies to get my flippin free oil change, because THEY WILL NOT GET THE BEST OF ME. JOHN DUMAS is the service agent that made me wait 4 hours. JOHN DUMAS. More
