I’m really upset that I went in for an oil change service and waited over 4 hours. I was sitting outside and seen when my car was finished yet they didn’t call me for over an hour. Also I always thought topping off fluids was part of the service. Apparently not since the service tech said that I needed brake fluid and coolant plus my washer fluid is still empty. I really doubt that I will be back to Claremont Toyota for my service done. I can get just as good of service elsewhere and it will be quicker. More
There were a numbers of problems during my last appointment. I had to wait almost three hours for an oil change. I made an appointment for the oil change , but my car was not serviced until two ho appointment. I had to wait almost three hours for an oil change. I made an appointment for the oil change , but my car was not serviced until two hours later than scheduled. Further, I was notified about another needed repairs for my car after three hours of waiting . I should have been notified much earlier. Now I have to schedule another appointment for those repairs. And I don’t want my repairs to be delayed my scheduled time again. My family and I have been customers for more than ten years . But my family and I are considering no longer doing business here and having our maintenance and repairs done elsewhere. More
