Service supervisor is amazing. He makes sure everything gets done for me. Candace a service advisor always helps me and is amazing. She treats me like a VIP. In the past I have had good service experience. My service tech Tony Sanchez has always been courteous and has taken good care of my Camry needs. This last time I did notice many uncomfortable change service tech Tony Sanchez has always been courteous and has taken good care of my Camry needs. This last time I did notice many uncomfortable changes. Not with Tony, he is an utmost professional and gentleman. It started with my call to schedule appt. They hung up on me 3x's - what the heck is going on??? I come in and Tony takes care of things and even offers a complimentary car wash. Didn't happen another fail! I go to pay for service and told no personal checks, that's insulting. Changes take time but no excuse for bad customer service or not communicating such information so customers ae prepared and not caught off guard. More
