Honestly. I feel service dept is too busy. I had to wait 2.5 hours for a basic service. In addition, it was said that my windshield wipers were checked and in good condition. It rain a week later and wait 2.5 hours for a basic service. In addition, it was said that my windshield wipers were checked and in good condition. It rain a week later and they are NOT in good condition! They need to be replaced, if I want to see out of my front windshield. More
Was told my service would take two hours. I waited an extra hour till I walked over to the person handling my service and asked for an update or estimation since it’s been 3 hours and I had work. They were on their phone and had looked at the stack of papers on their table, and immediately grabbed mine. They had forgotten to come get me or update me after the two hour mark or send a text update. The customer service was good and friendly. They answered all my questions and made me feel assured, but after my car was taken in and everything went over I just continued to see the person on their phone assuming it was work until I finally went over to ask. More
