This visit brightens up my day. Tony Sanchez greeted me upon arrival. He was very cordial, detailed, and professional. He ensured that I had the correct service requested and explained the process. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and pleasant from beginning to finish. Brought in my vehicle recently due to a “check engine” light on my annunciator panel. Turned out to be the catalytic converter. Olive advised she would order all parts & that due to a recall, it was cover light on my annunciator panel. Turned out to be the catalytic converter. From start to finish, the entire experience was handled professionally. This is why I continue to bring both of my late model Toyotas back to Claremont Toyota, despite residing in Lake Arrowhead. Overall a good experience. One thing that I did like is I have a 8am appointment and have to wait in line behind all the cars that don’t. Other Toyota dealerships have an appointment line and non appointm I have a 8am appointment and have to wait in line behind all the cars that don’t.
