The dealer ship got my car into the service center the same day. The personnel were fantastic and courteous - however, the reason why I took my car in still had the same issue - there is a squeaking noi same day. The dealer checked the brakes and wheel and didn't find anything out of the norm - but when I drove away - it still had the noise. More

Days later, nothing is fixed and there is clearly a total communication problem between the service folks, the people who do ordering/receiving, and the automatic messaging/e-mail update system.
