They book the maximum number of people, way many they can handle and have people wait for 4-5 hours for regular maintenance. That would have been outrageous at any time, but during a Pandemic, when there is handle and have people wait for 4-5 hours for regular maintenance. That would have been outrageous at any time, but during a Pandemic, when there is no shuttle service to take you home, this is way more than wasting peoples precious time - it amounts to large number of customers hectically moving around the waiting area, trying to avoid being too close to other people also waiting for hours for their car to be serviced. And all the employees can do is xxxxxxxx me with some cliché phrases of how they work as fast as they can. There is no way it takes 5 hours for a Prius to e serviced. If they can only get to my car at 3pm, why ask me to come over at 11am? I am incredibly disappointed and will look for another place for next time. More
