I had taken my RAV4 for an oil change since the sticker they provided said it was due, the vehicle also advised maintenance needed when I arrived they said no oil change was needed yet but it still needed they provided said it was due, the vehicle also advised maintenance needed when I arrived they said no oil change was needed yet but it still needed the maintenance, left my vehicle and got a call that it was ready but they suggested for my air filter to be changed which I approved. I asked the gentleman to please check my windshield wipers he said they were checked and good. Two days later those windshield wipers they said were good were falling apart, made me a little mad since I had asked for that to be checked! I wonder what else didn’t they inspect properly. These services are not cheap, they should be taken seriously. More

Came in for simple oil change, No tire rotation, no major work. I have a temperature liquid gage and my oil was reading cold. Once I checked my Oil stick was out n cap was on screwed in all the way. Service Advisor (Ozzy) was excellent! Wait time for car delivery after service and paying was awful. I waited for 20 minutes to get my car.
