The staff, especially including Scott Zalibra in service, is superlative in the ability to help customers such as us and our two Toyota vehicles. This is a relationship we've had for something like 15 - 18 y is superlative in the ability to help customers such as us and our two Toyota vehicles. This is a relationship we've had for something like 15 - 18 years. As long as Scott is there and a couple of his associates that have covered our needs on occasion if Scott was not in, such as Oscar Vergara, I intend to keep coming to Claremont Toyota for service and the next time I need a vehicle. Everything was mostly good except the expected completion time. Expected completion time was for 12:30 but it was almost 4:00 before my truck was ready.
