Our Tacoma was due for a oil service change and tire rotation. When my wife arrived at the dealership they said the appointment was for the 30,000 mile service and they wanted to charge her $632. That was completely unethical. I wonder how many elderly people has this dealership taken advantage of as they don’t know any better.
