Advisor Olivia forgot about me and never came back to get me or check on my work order. I was the last person there and waited a total of 3 hours for a basic oil change. Worst part was that my car was finish me or check on my work order. I was the last person there and waited a total of 3 hours for a basic oil change. Worst part was that my car was finished in 1 hour and I could see it across the street when they parked it. Of course I didn’t know it was done or I would of asked someone, maybe Olivia but she was too busy getting ready to leave the dealership for the day than servicing her client. I usually go to Glendora Toyota, this would never happen there. Claremont is around the corner from me but there’s a clear hole in the systems in place here. Management clearly is lacking. Someone should always be on top of cars being finished and making sure the customers aren’t just sitting around for lack of system checks in place. I called the service manager Tony Sanchez and all he had to say was sorry. Didn’t even offer me anything like 10% off if you give us another chance etc to show he’s sorry to wasting 3 hours of my time and making me miss a very important appointment I had that day at 6pm.
