I am very unhappy the right side is still making the noise even though you put new tires and brakes still making noise. You waste my money and 2 weekends spent at your dess as per ship. The service advisor and casher were good and professional with no problems. The only problem was that fact that they knew I had tire insurance and was within the years and milage, but still ended up charging with no problems. The only problem was that fact that they knew I had tire insurance and was within the years and milage, but still ended up charging me, stating that Toyota corporate (warranty department) was close. But I still got my refund back the following Monday. Point is, they wasted my time knowing the tire was covered. Besides that, all employees were good and professional. More

What I don't like about service at the dealer is that I have no contact with the person who is working on my car. If I have any questions, they need to be relayed through a 3rd party. However, as far as I can recall, those are not people that I engaged with at the dealership when I just had my car serviced a couple of weeks ago.
