I felt misled and taken advantage by the service advisor. The service advisor did NOT review the concerns about my vehicle. It says he did but he did NOT. I had the break flui, pads and rotar replaced and my breaks still squeak. Took the car in for service and mentioned it and was told that they would sand the rotar but it’s still making noise. I took my car for an oil change. Tire pressure was fine. After picking up my car my tire pressure light went on. Turns out the dealer set my tires to 40psi instead of 35 psi as it sh Tire pressure was fine. After picking up my car my tire pressure light went on. I took it back and was told it wasn’t due to tires being overinflated, I just happened to suddenly have sensor issues and that it would be $450/sensor to fix! Never had an issue till my tires were over inflated. Extremely disappointed. More
Even with an appointment, it just takes too long, especially at the end of the service. My car sat in the completed area for 30 minutes and I record no notification. The receptionist that my car was sitting there and she told me it wasn’t showing as completed. I had to ask a manager to confirm it. He went to my assigned manager, that’s when he came over to confirm it was finished. He then tells me that he said it would be long wait, I said fine but it’s been sitting there completed for 30min. You just have too many layers of communication and not of them were used or efficient. I never received a text of call. So what’s the point. I’m an ex manager so I know what I’m talking about. More
