I recently had an issue that I was firmly in the right and your service manager , after patiently hearing my concerns agreed that I was entitled to a full refund. That’s why I come here. Free 15,000 mile work was done efficiently. Nice customer lounge. I was surprised that they wanted to charge me for a new cabin filter.
