Expedient, professional service, I had pleasant and quick interactions with all members of staff I spoke to. I was also very pleasantly surprised at being given an Uber ride back to the service center at no interactions with all members of staff I spoke to. The last couple of times my experience with Claremont Toyota has been great, no pressure sales tactic and customer service reps were informative and provided education. I also liked the waiting area providing free coffee and sodas along with the valet vehicle pickup. More

I wasn’t even going to write a review but I keep getting emails to do so. The experience was so awesome until I got my car from the valet who proceeded to turn on my 4 wheel drive and blast my radio while r emails to do so. When asked to please not treat customers cars like rentals he told me if he didn’t like how I was receiving my car I can go complain about him. Customer service is everything for retaining customers. And the valet is the last person from Toyota normally the customer sees. Please ensure you guys are validating what you expect and what you allow from your valet service. Extremely poor experience.
