I made an appointment for a specific time once I got there prior to my appointment waited additional 30 minutes for them to take the vehicle. I brought my car in for service and it took a while like 2 hours to wait. Once my car was ready, nobody notified me that my vehicle was ready. What made it worst was when I took my paperwork from the cashie 2 hours to wait. Once my car was ready, nobody notified me that my vehicle was ready. What made it worst was when I took my paperwork from the cashier that showed my car was finished and ready to be given back to me. I gave it to the Valet clerk (Chantella). She had the worst attitude in this whole experience. She acted like she hated to be there and was annoyed that my car was ready for pick up. After I gave her my paperwork it’s her job to have a service porter bring the car to the pick area. I waited in the pick up area for 30 minutes. I noticed that customers were getting there cars that were behind me first. I walk back inside and ask chantella if my car was on its way. She snapped back in a rude loude tone . I need your paperwork. Did you give it to me? I replied yes I already gave it to her a while back and I been waiting. She rolled her eyes back with unprofessional annoyed look and yelled go wait outside it should be coming up. I was shocked by how she was taking to me. Rude, unprofessional, and she look like she hated the world. The sales side is nice , the service advisors are nice. But when you go pick your vehicle from the valet clerk your experience turns upside down. I used to work in customer service and the auto industry. This was horrible to treat anyone in any business.
