I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Claremont Toyota regarding a service visit on April 6 Oil Change. During a routine oil change, my vehicle sustained a scratch that was not there when I dropped the car off. When I brought this to the dealer's attention, they refused to take responsibility. But the hurt part is when Lady Angie escalated my case to a woman manager, she called us and stated they have no responsibility to my car scratches. When we asked our question, she just stopped us and interrupted us and we cannot even finish a sentence. She was so rude and dismissive. And if she is representing the method and beliefs of Claremont Toyota, I have nothing to say. More
