John Ho is one of the sales manager for the Chinese-speaking sales department at Calremont Toyota. He gave a false quote over the phone for a 2005 Solara SEL V6 with side curtain airbag and VS Chinese-speaking sales department at Calremont Toyota. He gave a false quote over the phone for a 2005 Solara SEL V6 with side curtain airbag and VSC(quoted $25,000 out the door) that I was looking for. I have called three separate occasions and he assures me that the quote is for the specified car with all the requested option. <br><br>However, when I go into the dealer, he had me picked out the car I wanted. Then quoted me $27,700 for the car out the door. After at least an hours of my time, he took me to the lot to look at the 25k Solara he quoted me....and it was a SE V4 (according to him, he made a mistake...by the way, while I was talking to him, he claimed that he sold on average 100 to 150 cars a month). If he knew it was a SE (which he should..being a manager and sold >100 cars a month. I am sure he knows the difference between a SE and SLE V6), why couldn't he tell me when I first walk in, instead of making me drive 30 miles in traffic (took over an hour) and lied to me for over an hour at the dealership. <br><br>In the dealer's lot, John again try to sell me the $27,700 Solara I picked out. I refused to pay anything more than what he quoted me over the phone, he then simply turned around and walked away from me without saying anything or apologize for lying to me. <br><br>I believe I have been misled and mistreated. This type of dishonest, deceiving, and unethical salesperson/dealership should not get any of your business. You deserve much, much better. More
