TONY SANCHES is a STUCK UP GUY WITH A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE!!!!I waited for more than 25 min to just sit down with someone for them to explain what service I was here for. In the mean time they ( tony sanches and philp train ) were both alone with no pepole not helping any one both of them didint even acknowledged I was there., I was next some other service representatives came and pass about 4 people in front of me still know one acknowledged me. Then finally they passed me and the guy who I got was just so in a hurry to get me out that he didint bother to explain in detail what my car need. He just told me I would spend about $700.00. So if I was going to spend that much at least take you time to convince me that I needed know and to let me know in detail what I need.!!! His name is (Chad Derret) Also, keep in mind that I live in corona I have a Toyota deler by the 91 but like I bought my car there I rather keep giving you guys my business. I bought a C-HR! I showed up at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday, January 16, 2018, for my appointment at 7:00 p.m. with Peter Mehanna which I made through emails with Mr. Mehanna I showed up at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday, January 16, 2018, for my appointment at 7:00 p.m. with Peter Mehanna which I made through emails with Mr. Mehanna. He did not show for the appointment, nor did he email me advising me he would not keep the appointment. Upon arrival, a few salespeople offered their assistance, but I told them I was waiting for Peter. I was so annoyed that I almost walked out, however, I came there to buy a car and I decided to stay. Daniel Rossi looked up the 2015 Rav4 that I had wanted to see and found that it had been sold. He then found another and I looked at that one. I really liked it, and almost bought it, but then saw the C-HR. I bought the C-HR. Both Daniel Rossi and Ven Songco, the Finance Manager, were very well informed and treated me as a customer should be treated. They saved the day. Thank you Daniel and Ven! More
