I was told to drop my car off the night before and receive a rental. Upon arrival I was told by a woman that rentals were not provided to just anyone (whatever that meant). After waiting 20 min to speak to a mgr I he told me to come back in the a.m. and a rental would be ready. The mgr said it would be no more than 20 min. I show up the following day and no one knew anything. It took me an hour and a half to get a rental which made me super late to work. My car had a recall repair which was to take about 3 hours. I was told I'd receive a call once my car was ready. My app was at 10:30, 6p.m. and I hadn't received a call text etc in regards to my car being ready. More

On 10/1/2021, I brought in the car for oil change. Then on 10/29/2021, I brought it in again because the engine light was on. I thought it was an error because it was just serviced. I availed of the other on 10/29/2021, I brought it in again because the engine light was on. I thought it was an error because it was just serviced. I availed of the other recommended maintenance from last service which included E.F.I. fuel induction, trans complete fluid change and mass air flow service. When the car was released to me, the engine light was still on. I went back to Jeremy Wright regarding it. He advised me that the technician only forgot to reset it. He did the reset himself. I drove less than a mile, almost all lights on the dashboard started lighting on. VSC is on, slip indicator is on, malfunction indicator is on, tire pressure warning light is on. I had to drive back the car to the dealership. I called the attention of Jeremy Wright again. He checked it and he figured that the part where the air flow sensor is, was not secured to the engine. He said to wait for about 10 minutes so the technician can secure it. I waited then I was advised that the car is ready by Jeremy. He apologized about it but he helped the best he could. He wasn't the technician in the first place. I am not sure if it was seen by a technician but Jeremy said he fixed it himself. Given what happened, I had to ask if the oil change was indeed done on last visit because it was impossible for the engine light to turn on again. He assured that it was done. I began to doubt if the service I paid for were even done. The lights were gone except for the tire pressure that is on. I had to be some place so I had no time to further check. On the same day, driving the car made noise. Noise that was not there before. Pressing on the gas made it hard to move forward. I can really tell the car is in a worse condition than before. I have been coming here before but not again. I can only doubt the expertise of the technician and the quality of work. I had to come to another repair shop only to find out that the car indeed need an oil change after seven weeks of first service. My car was not service as it should and we paid for it. I am now doubting if all the rest of the fixes were made. This is a terrible experience. More
