A graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, David Wilson has been involved in the automobile industry for nearly 40 years. He was vice president and general manager of Covey Lincoln Mercury in Phoenix, Arizona, for five years before coming to Toyota of Orange in 1982. Before buying out the owner of Toyota of Orange in 1985, he was the vice president and general manager. Mr. Wilson is now the owner and president of sixteen automobile dealerships - employing nearly 2000 people. Sales for these corporations now total just under $2 billion annually, making the Wilson Automotive Group one of the ten largest dealership chains in the nation.

I went to this service center even though I have one closer to my house because they would send me coupons. I had issues with my coupon the last time and the person helping us seemed annoyed that I men closer to my house because they would send me coupons. I had issues with my coupon the last time and the person helping us seemed annoyed that I mentioned a coupon. Then he said my coupon would only be $5 off. It was a $59 oil change and v6 are additional. The total before the coupon was $79 and after would be $74. I used this coupon plenty of times and it never came out to just only $5 off. I never had a issue with any service advisors prior to this but this guy just rubbed us the wrong way. At this point I will just save my gas and go to the closer dealership. More

I didn't have an appt. there was one car in line ahead me for none appointmenrt. 3 in back of me after 30 mins we were acknowledged, They took me first. I said the person in front of me was first, flat comment he has a different advisor. no acknowlegement of us . also I was quoted over 800.00 for a spark plug change. cost out side of dealer 249.00..I think for a dealer service it should be only 350.00..Also I had 40,000 miles or more before I would need the change More

Very very very very very very slow service. Two hour wait just for an oil change??! Even with an appointment?!! It doesn’t matter how much you stock the waiting room with drinks, two hour wait Two hour wait just for an oil change??! Even with an appointment?!!
