A graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, David Wilson has been involved in the automobile industry for nearly 40 years. He was vice president and general manager of Covey Lincoln Mercury in Phoenix, Arizona, for five years before coming to Toyota of Orange in 1982. Before buying out the owner of Toyota of Orange in 1985, he was the vice president and general manager. Mr. Wilson is now the owner and president of sixteen automobile dealerships - employing nearly 2000 people. Sales for these corporations now total just under $2 billion annually, making the Wilson Automotive Group one of the ten largest dealership chains in the nation.

I wasn’t even going to write a review but I keep getting emails to do so. The experience was so awesome until I got my car from the valet who proceeded to turn on my 4 wheel drive and blast my radio while r emails to do so. When asked to please not treat customers cars like rentals he told me if he didn’t like how I was receiving my car I can go complain about him. Customer service is everything for retaining customers. And the valet is the last person from Toyota normally the customer sees. Please ensure you guys are validating what you expect and what you allow from your valet service. Extremely poor experience. More

I was very disappointed with the fact that when my vehicle was returned to me there were greasy/dirty hand prints on the drivers door and near the hood. I had my vehicle washed and detailed prior to b vehicle was returned to me there were greasy/dirty hand prints on the drivers door and near the hood. I had my vehicle washed and detailed prior to bringing it in and would hope that employees would care for my vehicle appropriately. I also wonder if my air filter was actually checked, there is no evidence that it was opened and looked at. The lite dust on the air filter unit was not disturbed and showed no hand prints, etc. More
