I looked online and saw they were advertising it for a lesser price and I thought that was very dishonest price they gave me was $3000 more than what was advertised online when I showed them I said oh OK will give it to you for that price did not make me feel good More

1. I arrived at the dealership at 9:45 am on 8/5 and checked out at 1:10 pm, which took nearly 3 hours and 20 minutes for the routine maintenance, including tire rotation and an oil change. The customer checked out at 1:10 pm, which took nearly 3 hours and 20 minutes for the routine maintenance, including tire rotation and an oil change. The customer service representative had assured me that the expected wait time would be 2 hours and 30 minutes. Unfortunately, I missed both breakfast and lunch in order to keep the appointment, only to end up wasting more than half of my day at the dealer. 2. To add to the frustration, I noticed that the wheel cover was missing. While I can't be entirely certain if this occurred during the previous month's maintenance or perhaps two months ago, the customer service representative did assist in inspecting the vehicle during check-in. However, I was informed that they only take photos "before" the service and not "after." This policy has made it impossible for them to determine what may have transpired. This serves as a cautionary note to all: thoroughly inspect your vehicle to ensure all accessories are properly intact before departing, lest they attribute it to a potential "stolen by someone" 3. Let me share some light on the cost of a 26" wheel cover. It amounts to $400 each. While genuine versions can be found on eBay and Amazon for around $100, the dealership charges a staggering four times more, primarily attributed to labor fees. I emphasize once more, remember to thoroughly inspect your vehicle before leaving to ensure all accessories are in place. 4. The standard oil change, initially priced within the range of $80 to $89, is now advertised at $49.95 or $59.95. Dealerships universally offer a $30 to $40 discount. However, should you opt for a combined service involving tire rotation, they categorize it as a distinct service, rendering only a $15 discount applicable. If time permits, I recommend that vehicle owners opt for the promotional-priced oil change first, then consider having the rotation performed at alternative venues like Pep Boys, Walmart, or preferably Costco. My overall experience was rather negative. The staff demonstrated adeptness in persuading customers to accept their viewpoints. In summary: Thoroughly inspect your vehicle to ensure all accessories are properly intact before leaving. Post-service photos are not part of their practice, despite the presence of security cameras. Exercise discretion in accepting their suggestions; instead, insist on routine maintenance. Scour the internet for available coupons. welcome to share your similar experiences here. More
