To add to the frustration, I noticed that the wheel cover was missing. While I can't be entirely certain if this occurred during the previous month's maintenance or perhaps two months ago, the customer service representative did assist in inspecting the vehicle during check-in. However, I was informed that they only take photos "before" the service and not "after." This policy has made it impossible for them to determine what may have transpired. This serves as a cautionary note to all: thoroughly inspect your vehicle to ensure all accessories are properly intact before departing, lest they attribute it to a potential "stolen by someone" 3.
