I tried to haggle and they wouldn't budge on price of vehicle per salesman. Told me my car was worth a small amount, finally agreed to at least pay it off, then listed it for sale on their site for $4300 vehicle per salesman. Told me my car was worth a small amount, finally agreed to at least pay it off, then listed it for sale on their site for $4300 more than they gave me, $5600 more than they initially offered. So they basically LIED, which shouldn't at all surprise me. I overpaid for my new used vehicle and got ripped off on my trade in. Thye took advantage of me, I believe, because I was a woman. DON'T buy from here unless you have an aggressive more knowledgeable person with you to handle their lies and games. I'm SUPER disappointed. More

Upon the purchase of my new car, Mike Pazda was my sales representative. I initially went in looking for a VW, he took his time telling me about the models I was looking at. Well, it turns out I bought a representative. I initially went in looking for a VW, he took his time telling me about the models I was looking at. Well, it turns out I bought a Subaru. He made sure to answer all of my questions the best he could and if he wasn't sure of the answer, he worked to find one. Mike went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and treated me like I was the only person in the room. VERY nice! I would for sure refer a friend or a relative to Mike Pazda if they are in the car purchase market. He was just great, in all areas! More
