I tried to haggle and they wouldn't budge on price of vehicle per salesman. Told me my car was worth a small amount, finally agreed to at least pay it off, then listed it for sale on their site for $4300 vehicle per salesman. Told me my car was worth a small amount, finally agreed to at least pay it off, then listed it for sale on their site for $4300 more than they gave me, $5600 more than they initially offered. So they basically LIED, which shouldn't at all surprise me. I overpaid for my new used vehicle and got ripped off on my trade in. Thye took advantage of me, I believe, because I was a woman. DON'T buy from here unless you have an aggressive more knowledgeable person with you to handle their lies and games. I'm SUPER disappointed. More

Upon the purchase of my new car, Mike Pazda was my sales representative. I initially went in looking for a VW, he took his time telling me about the models I was looking at. Well, it turns out I bought a representative. I initially went in looking for a VW, he took his time telling me about the models I was looking at. Well, it turns out I bought a Subaru. He made sure to answer all of my questions the best he could and if he wasn't sure of the answer, he worked to find one. Mike went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and treated me like I was the only person in the room. VERY nice! I would for sure refer a friend or a relative to Mike Pazda if they are in the car purchase market. He was just great, in all areas! More

All the paperwork for the new lease had been done in the morning by my representative and the process was efficient and professional. I was supposed to be at Vw at 3:30 Pm but ended up being late to my appo morning by my representative and the process was efficient and professional. I was supposed to be at Vw at 3:30 Pm but ended up being late to my appointment with Mike P. to take possession of a lease Taos. Mike made himself available in no time, offered me a beverage as I had been running to be on time. We first sat to set up my Carnet account, and we then went to the new Taos where Mike set up a few things for me, showed me some new features and gave me some other recommandations as far as future service. A very clear and organized process all together, from finance paperwork to taking possession of the car. Big thanks. More
