Had an great experience at City VW Highland! Our sales consultant Mark M. and sales manager Mark B. made the process smooth and easy. They took the time to make sure we got the exact vehicle we wanted, even when they didn't have it on their lot, managers Firas and Rich were able to locate one and bring it in for us. Jame in finance was great, he went over every thing and helped us get everything we wanted. We went to the dealership to buy a car for our daughter. Mark Masen was great! He did a great job in getting us exactly where we wanted to be in terms of price. The only thing we did not like was how pushy Mark Masen was great! He did a great job in getting us exactly where we wanted to be in terms of price. The only thing we did not like was how pushy the finance guy was about buying a warranty. I understand that it is part of their job, but when a customer says no, they usually mean it. More
