Mark did very well Actually would have been a much better experience had I not have to question the additional charges on the worksheet. It was a lot more work and number crunching than was actually n better experience had I not have to question the additional charges on the worksheet. It was a lot more work and number crunching than was actually necessary. Best price right from the beginning would have been best. I cannot help but think that City VW would have gladly charged me $1500 more had I not gone through line by line and questioned everything. Had this been my wife or my mother, City VW would have gladly taken the higher amount. And not given them the best deal that City VW could have made. Kind of disheartening when I asked for honesty and clarity from the beginning of my transaction. I was able to talk this out with Mark, James and then Sam. More
