No private responses here! People need to know what they are buying and in the case of your shop what there not getting. I will say this. I still have no plates ! The DMV in Illinois is completely lost for words on the incompetence of your dealer. As a result I closed the loan in an effort to force the lien holder to give me my title so I can get plates. As I have stated stay away from this dealer! I should make you refund my 165.00 your charged me for DOC fees. But has been said before it cost me 165.00 dollars for me never to deal with your establishment again. The thought of seeing your slick talking manager “Suli” makes me want to vomit
