I looked for the new Jetta GLI in Cincinnati, Bloomington, IN and Indianapolis. I knew quite a bit about the car. Anthony provided so much more information. He found me the car in 1.5 days. I drove over two hours one way, mostly due to Anthony's suggestions, advice, and goodwill. (he called me on the way and asked how my drive was going...) I did all of this by text, email and phone. Once I arrived at City VW in Highland, IN I noticed the car lot was tidy, orderly and clean. I was greeted in the showroom by a couple of people working at the desk. They acknowledged me immediately and escorted me to Anthony's office. He said hello and walked me to the new car. It was 90° last Saturday, I quickly admired the pure white GLI and was captivated by the cleanliness. He did tell me he would have it detailed and ready when I arrived. At this point he handed me off to the salesperson Mike Logan. This is where it got fun for me. I was very knowledgeable on the GLI and peppered Mike Logan with questions. He answered them all like a veteran VW employee. Mike never hesitated or missed a beat. He reassured me that if I had a question to ask him, he'd know. HE SURE DID!!! Ask for Mike Logan on the sales floor if you want a quick, yet through car buying experience. He will take excellent care of your needs. One more person to meet. Russ in Finance. This is the dealership I bought my 2020 VW Atlas Cross Sport at. Mike Pazda was great to work with on my purchase. This is my second coolant issue, The first was a year ago and they replaced my water pum Sport at. Mike Pazda was great to work with on my purchase. This is my second coolant issue, The first was a year ago and they replaced my water pump that failed. The service done this round took some time and they did not provide a loaner, either because they were all out or they didn't have enough. That was frustrating. I/they had issues with their extended warranty policy. They needed my original purchase agreement because they had no record of it? They did try to allude that i might have had to pay for a tear down inspection. Eventually they saw that all my scheduled maintenance from their shop was in order and that did not happen. It took several calls and persistent communication. But in the end they did make me feel appreciated. My review is average. Not bad or good. Great service keeps you coming back. I'm on the fence at this point. More
