Great Experience If you're looking to purchase a new or used car from a reputable dealer that is customer centric, then go to Highland VW. I purchased a used VW Jetta for my daughters from Mike P and Joe E and the entire experience was positive. These guys gave me a great deal, with no pressure and made it EASY for me. I had looked at cars at VW Dealers near my home in Chicago, and I was treated like a garbage. Conversely, my dealings with Highland VW were much different - Zero sales pressure, easy negotiations which I would define as 100% fair. The drive from Chicago to Highland was WELL WORTH IT!!! In addition to saving more than $3000, I was treated like a human. Also, after the purchase both Mike and Joe have followed up with me to make sure I'm happy and to address any questions. I would only purchase a VW from Highland VW - These guys are awesome. More
