Mike Pazda helped me out and was incredibly helpful and friendly, he made buying a new car extremely easy and stress free. I ended up buying the very first car I looked at and test drove and couldn't have done it without Mike! Very honestly, helpful and professional. I would recommend anyone to him and this dealership. Great service, great car. This is like a homecoming for me as I owned 2 Jetta's back in the 80's. I wanted to buy something and get rid of my Caravan and get a nice car. I res This is like a homecoming for me as I owned 2 Jetta's back in the 80's. I wanted to buy something and get rid of my Caravan and get a nice car. I researched the sedans with all the usual suspects (Accord and Camry) and some others topping the ratings. The Passat was mostly middle in the class. That surprised me as Motor Trend named it car of the year in 2012 and VW has added many upgrades and a refresh this year. So I decided to go see the Passat at Highland I was met by Eric and told him what I was interested in and he directed me to a section of the lot where they had the Passat's. I found one that I wanted and went back inside. . I then met Joe and we quickly made a deal without any haggling or any funny stuff showing up at the last minute. This was the best experience that I ever had buying a car. And what a car it is. Smooth and built soundly. It has all the amenities of a entry level Audi or Mercedes. More

Sean in service is incredible and is always sure to be up front with me about any issues (with my former car) and is pleasant to deal with.
