We were unexpectedly in the market for a new vehicle and City Volkswagen came recommended to us. With no time to actually research any vehicles, we talked with Mark about what we were currently in, what our City Volkswagen came recommended to us. With no time to actually research any vehicles, we talked with Mark about what we were currently in, what our family needed go forward, and where we wanted to be price wise. Mark recommended an SUV similar to what we had just lost and one slightly bigger. He was thorough on the enhancements and safety features but not pushy one way or the other between the two vehicles. Within a few hours we left that day with a new Taos and couldn’t be more thrilled! More
