We had an almost 2 hour drive but after this I would never hesitate to drive to them again to buy a vehicle. The Volkswagen dealership near me never called me back even after I made several calls to them. One call to Highland and that was so nice we decided to go and see the vehicle of our choice. CJ and Bruce are a dream team and made it wonderful to buy a new 2014 Tiguan. I love my Tiguan and If I needed another you can bet I would go back to them without hesitation. The dealership is spotless, clean and comfortable. We have even taken the Tiguan in for its 30 day inspection and the service was just as great as the sale. Fast and friendly. Everything was explained so well and Sean was fantastic even told us about other things to do to maintain the Tiguan and he answered the few questions we had some great tips for us as well. We spoke with Andy at Highland VW and he assured us that he would do everything he could to help us out and make this a smooth process, also reassuring us that we didn't need to worry. Andy was very knowledgeable about the different models and worked with me to find the perfect car to suit my needs and took care of trading our broken down car. The finance manager Joe Embro made that process the smoothest I have ever had at any dealer. I have purchased 8 cars from different dealers over the past 11 years and I have never walked out with exactly what I wanted at the exact price I wanted to pay. Usually there is always the element of surprise with the payment, and for the first time that was not the case. These people are EXCELLENT and really care about customer service. I couldn't be happier with my new Jetta SE and Highland VW, and salesperson Andy McQuiston and Finance MGR Joe Embro. I purchased my 2013 VW Jetta in October. It is the 6th VW that my husband and I have owned. I want to say that my salesperson Andy McQuiston was wonderful to work with.
