Often, buying a new car can be a painful experience. I have walked into dealerships to quickly walk out because I felt pressured to buy. That was NOT the case when I walked into this dealership. The sales floor was immaculate and the staff was welcoming, but not overbearing. When I was ready to talk to a salesperson, Vic Ciccio was friendly and very informative. He was patient and made sure he understood what I wanted in a vehicle. When it came time to sit and talk about price, I felt he was sincere. My car had to be brought in from another dealership, so a few days later when I came to pick it up, Vic spent time showing me the ins and outs of my car and followed up with phone calls to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I love my new Jetta!! More

I can't tell you how much this dealership Helped me! They saved my cross country trip when my car started billowing black smoke on the highway! They got me in immediately diagnosed the problem made the fix and even gave me the full inspection and a car wash to boot! I need to call out Sheryl Casey in particular for outstanding service, but everyone involved from the service manager to the service techs were exceptional- in fact "truly exceptional" across the board.
