Often, buying a new car can be a painful experience. I have walked into dealerships to quickly walk out because I felt pressured to buy. That was NOT the case when I walked into this dealership. The sales floor was immaculate and the staff was welcoming, but not overbearing. When I was ready to talk to a salesperson, Vic Ciccio was friendly and very informative. He was patient and made sure he understood what I wanted in a vehicle. When it came time to sit and talk about price, I felt he was sincere. My car had to be brought in from another dealership, so a few days later when I came to pick it up, Vic spent time showing me the ins and outs of my car and followed up with phone calls to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I love my new Jetta!! More

It is apparent that Highland Volkswagen is very concerned with providing excellent customer service and making their customers feel appreciated. Their "no pressure" selling technique was very refreshing and my sales rep, Eric, took the time to ensure I had no questions in regard to my new purchase or the way any of the gadgets worked. He patiently assisted me in setting up my IPod and Bluetooth option on my phone, as well as registering me for the Volkswagen version of "on- star". He was great from start to finish.....I would highly recommend seeing Eric, should you find yourself shopping for a car! Bruce and Joe also did a great job in closing my deal and getting all the paperwork taken care of. Something that has been a tedious process in the past, was somehow made pleasant. Not quite sure how they all did it, but they did! I have subsequently been back for my 30 day, post purchase check-up (I think this is a great feature from VW - just to make sure I had no lingering questions or issues with the car), so I had a chance to work with the service department, as well. Guess what? The members of the service department were just as friendly and attentive as the sales team. Sean and Sheryl were both a pleasure to work with, plus they saw to it that my car was cleaned before it was returned to me. What a nice treat!! I can't tell you how much this dealership Helped me! They saved my cross country trip when my car started billowing black smoke on the highway!
