I requested my loan to be financed through a specific bank and to only run my credit through that bank in which I was Pre-approved with. However the finance manager ran my credit 3 times. He came out and bank and to only run my credit through that bank in which I was Pre-approved with. However the finance manager ran my credit 3 times. He came out and tried to apologize and admitted to running my credit multiple times. Even tried to give a letter to sent to the Credit bureau like that’s going to make a difference. I was highly upset. If it wasn’t for Mike Pazda’s awesome customer service, I don’t think I would’ve purchased the vehicle from this dealership. More
