My agent was great! Only reason they get four starts instead of five is because when I was signing paperwork my car was supposed to be getting detailed. When I received the car it had fingerprints all o instead of five is because when I was signing paperwork my car was supposed to be getting detailed. When I received the car it had fingerprints all over the leather, still looked like spills in it, the mats were so slippery with whatever was put on it I was sliding out of the car. Just kinda seemed like the outside was washed. When you pay $40k for a car I just expected better. More

However it's an opportunity by way of feedback, to improve the overall customer experience. I purchased a 2021 Atlas sport approximately May 19th/20th. Within 2 1/2 weeks of having the vehicle, the auto start stopped working and the check engine light came on. With a few phone calls, emails, they eventually were able to resolve it. While much time personally, by phone and in e-mails were spent, they felt that a $50 gift card was good. Would I purchase another vehicle? Yes. What I would do differently is ask questions around how long the vehicle was sitting and could this impact the function of the vehicle. Overall decent/good experience. More
